Let's face it, there are men who are seriously obsessed with their cars. Their machines are always immaculately clean and shiny, with daily washing, monthly waxing, and regular gadget upgrades. They just can't tolerate seeing their cars losing the shine, let alone even a small patch of dirt on their bonnets. It makes them 'lose face'. I once took a ride from a friend's BMW 640. When I was about to enter his car, he shouted "Wait!" He got out and took away a leaf that was on the floor mat at my side. He apologized for it but I was pleasantly shocked. We talked and he 'confessed' spending about $300 on his car every month, excluding the usual running costs. He could talk for half an hour about his 640 and if I had a little knowledge about it, he could go on for another 30mins. I've never heard him talk about his lovely wife for more than a minute.
So, do men really treat their cars better than their ladies? My friend said "I love my wife but she can take care of herself. My car needs me." Another said "I can't change the look of my wife but I can wax or change the color of my car and it becomes new again." Yet another said "My car makes me look cool!". Ok I get it but are they justified?
Perhaps there are ladies who do care about cars too and could show to their men that they know the most convenient way to keep their cars clean and shiny all day, without daily car wash. Check out our Solar Powered Automatic Car Cover.
